We're recruiting an experienced Job Site Foreman to join a respected, quality-driven contractor in Nassau, Bahamas.

Salary: USD $60,000 – $100,000 per annum (depending on experience)
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Provar experience as a Site Foreman or in a similar construction management role.
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in construction management is a plus.
Strong leadership and organization skills with the ability to motivate and manage construction teams.
In-dept knowledge of construction safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety protocols on-site.
Familiarity with construction equipment, tools, and techniques.
