ROLE OVERVIEW:
The successful candidate will be site-based across various locations in Gauteng, managing mall and retail refurbishment projects from establishment through to handover. This role demands a self-driven professional who is comfortable working autonomously in live retail environments where timelines, tenant interaction, and quality of delivery are non-negotiable.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven experience as a Site Agent running building or refurbishment projects independently.
Experience working in mall, retail, or other live-environment refurbishments is highly preferred.
Understanding of construction methods, finishes, and building regulations.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
