REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience on warehousing / industrial / big-box developments.

Strong working knowledge of contract management and formal notification procedures (JBCC experience advantageous).

Ability to manage multiple projects and teams independently.

Strong commercial acumen.

Attention to detail and strong organisational and reporting skills.

Confident client-facing presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Relevant built-environment qualification (e.g. BSc Construction Management or equivalent).

SALARY:

R65,000 - R85,000 per month
