REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Recognised qualification in Architectural Technology (National Diploma / BTech / equivalent).
Proven senior-level experience, ideally with a strong portfolio in high-end residential and high-end warehousing / industrial projects.
Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (and related architectural software).
Strong working knowledge of the National Building Regulations (SANS 104000) and the local submission process.
