Project Lead

MANAGE A HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF APPROXIMATELY 200 LUXURY HOMES, TO BE DELIVERED OVER A 5-YEAR PROGRAM.

This role leads the successful delivery of projects by coordinating construction, design, quality, schedules, budgets, and client communication.

It serves as the key link between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the construction team to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Professional qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Construction Management or a related built environment discipline.

Minimum 10 years' experience in residential construction.

Strong understanding of high-end residential building practices.

Knowledge of South African buildings regulations, NHBRC requirements and construction standards.

Experience managing consultants, clients and multidisciplinary construction teams.
