Senior Quantity Surveyor - Building

This position assumes supervisory responsibility over all concrete-related operations on large-scale civil construction sites. The role ensures that all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with quality specifications and program deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Ideally the candidate should have a BSc Quantity Surveying Degree or 4 year equivalent qualification.

5 - 8 years on Site experience with a main contractor and exposure to materials, costing and contractual exposure.

Required knowledge includes CCS, contractual knowledge of JBCC and a working knowledge of JBCC and a working knowledge of financials.

Minimum of 10 Years in Building construction environments.

REMUNERATION PACKAGE:

N$80,000 monthly basic salary.
