Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil)The position prepares cost estimates and plans, audit projects, manage construction revenue & cost and administer civil construction contracts. The successful candidate should be detail conscientious with the ability to manage time effectively.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideally the candidate should have a BSc Quantity Surveying Degree of 4-year equivalent qualification.
5 - 8 years on Site experience with a main contractor and exposure to materials, costing and contractual exposure.
Required knowledge includes CCS, contractual knowledge of FIDIC suite of contracts and a working knowledge of financials.
Relevant mining experience will be advantageous.
Minimum of 10 Years in civil construction environments.
REMUNERATION PACKAGE:
N$80,000 monthly basic salary.
Add-on benefits subject to relevant skills and experience.
