Senior Estimator

The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in CCS (Candy), able to work under tight deadlines, have exceptional attention to detail, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, contributing to winning tenders and successful project delivery.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Non-negotiable: Experience with CCS Candy.

3 - 6 years' construction industry experience.

Ideally main-contractor experience, rather than purely consulting QS.

Exposure to commercial, retail, industrial, healthcare or similar building projects.

Has actually price tenders, not just measured and administered contracts.

Comfortable with projects in the R5m - R500m+ range.

Experience working to tight tender deadlines.

SALARY:

R40,000 - R60,000 per month CTC
