Quantity Surveyor

An established building contractor with a growing portfolio — including multi-unit residential developments and apartment blocks — is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of cost control and commercial management across its projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measurement, estimating and preparation of bills of quantities
- Cost planning, budgeting and monthly cost reporting
- Subcontractor procurement, valuations and payment certificates
- Managing variations, claims and final accounts
- Working alongside site and professional teams to protect margin and programme

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

BSc / BTech in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Proven QS experience on residential and/or commercial building projects.

Strong measurement and cost-management skills; relevant software proficiency.

Detail-oriented, commercially sharp and deadline-driven.

SALARY:

R20,000 - R40,000 per month, depending on experience.
