Site Agent

An established, NHBRC-registered contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager/Agent to take full ownership of live residential and commercial projects — from ground-breaking to handover. Luxury homes, multi-unit developments, and a strong professional team to work alongside.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for day-to-day site management, programme and delivery from ground-breaking through to handover.
- Managing labour, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain quality, safety and programme.
- Driving high finishing and workmanship standards on premium residential and commercial builds.
- Coordinating closely with the professional team — architects, engineers, quantity surveyor and client.
- Site safety, quality control, snagging and NHBRC compliance.
- Regular, clear progress reporting to management and client.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Relevant built-environment qualification (National Diploma / BTech in Construction Management or similar) advantageous.

Proven track record running residential and/or commercial sites, ideally multi-unit developments.

Strong programming, subcontractor management and finishing expertise.

SALARY:

R45,000 - R70,000 CTC per month, inclusive of all allowances.
