Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a well-established, Level 1 B-BBEE, CIDB 9GB rated construction company based in Fourways, Johannesburg. They're looking to grow their commercial team at head office with multiple exceptional Quantity Surveyors — both Intermediate and Senior level.

This is not a role for the average QS. They want switched-on, commercially sharp professionals who take ownership and deliver results.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Relevant degree or BTech in Quantity Surveying.

Intermediate: minimum 3 - 7 years' experience in building contruction QS.

Senior: minimum 7+ years' experience with full commercial management capability.

Proficiency in CCS (Candy) and MS Office - essential.

Strong knowlegde of JBCC and NEC contracts advantageous.

SALARY:

R50,000 - R60,000 per month, depending on experience.
