Maintenance & Snagging Manager

Our client is a well-established, client-focused residential home builder based in Brackenfell, delivering quality homes from start to handover with a strong aftercare reputation. They're looking for an organised, client-oriented and hands-on Maintenance & Snagging Manager to oversee all post-handover maintenance and 90-day defect (snagging) work.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years' experience in residential construction, maintenance or site management.

Proven general repair (handyman) skills, able to complete minor repairs independently.

Sound knowledge of painting, tiling, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general finishing trades.

Ability to diagnose defects and decide between self-completion and subcontracting.

SALARY:

R20,000 - R25,000 CTC per month
