Project ManagerONE YEAR CONTRACT - REVIEWED ANNUALLY
Our client is a well-established residential home builder based in Brackenfell, Western Cape, delivering high-quality homes from site establishment through to handover. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their residentail construction team and manage the building of high-quality homes from start to finish.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years' experience managing residential construction projects.
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and programmes.
Strong understanding of construction methods, quality control and health & safety requirements.
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
SALARY:
R40,000 per month, plus cellphone.
Further benefits negotiable.
