This is a senior, production-focused role for a hands-on leader who can drive efficient, high-quality output across the full manufacturing cycle - from raw material through to finished, installation-ready joinery. The successful candidate will lead the production team, uphold quality standards, and keep projects running to programme and budget.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
8-10+ years' experience in joinery or wood manufacturing, with a proven track record in a senior factory or production management role.
Strong, hands-on knowledge of joinery processes, materials, machinery and finishes.
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications.
Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing sizeable production teams.
Solid understanding of production plannning, quality control and waste/cost management.
Sound knowledge of factory health and safety compliance.
