REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Relevant degree of B.Tech in Quantity Surveying - essential.

Proven track record measuring large building projects (building, not civils) - essential.

Intermediate: minimum 3 - 7 years' experience in building construction QS.

Senior: minimum 7+ years' experience with full commercial managment capability.

Proficiency in CCS (Candy) and BuildSmart - essential.

Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel.

Knowledge of JBCC (and NEC advantageous) forms of contract.
