Construction Manager

Take the lead on general building projects from the ground up. We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to take full site responsibility — from establishment through to handover — for a well-established Cape Town contractor.

You'll manage everything from site teams and subcontractors to budgets, procurement and quality control, all while keeping projects on programme and up to SANS standards.

If you're a self-driven leader who thrives under pressure and knows how to run a site end-to-end, this one's for you.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

NDip / B-Tech / BSc in Construction Management, Building, or a related built-environment qualification.

SACPCMP registration (advantageous)

Minimum 8 years' experience as a Construction Manager or Site Agent on general building projects.

Proven track record delivering residential and/or commercial building works.
