Project Manager

JUNIOR AND SENIOR POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Both junior candidates (recently graduated) and more experienced professionals (up to 10 years' experience) are encouraged to apply, as positions may be filled at either or both levels depending on suitable candidates.

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered effectively, professionally and on programme.

The role includes construction programming, JBCC contract administration, project reporting, site inspections, project documentation and client coordination.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

BSc Construction Management degee (BSc Quantity Surveying degrees will not be considered)

Knowledge and understanding of construction programming (e.g. MS Projects, Candy, or similar).

Working knowledge of the JBCC contract conditions.

SALARY:

R25,000 - R45,000 net per month
