Finishing Foreman

We're urgently seeking an experienced, detail-driven Finishing Foreman to join a fast-moving multi-storey residential project in Somerset West. If you take pride in getting units over the line to a high standard — on time and snag-free — this one's for you.

What you'll be doing:
-Overseeing and managing the finishing of residential units across a multi-storey development
-Coordinating and supervising subcontractors to keep site progress efficient and on programme
-Ensuring units are completed in line with deadlines and to the required quality standards
-Planning and managing material requirements, including timely ordering and call-offs
-Supervising general workers and leading hands
-Identifying defects and snags, and driving corrective action through to completion

What you'll bring:
-Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential projects (multi-storey experience a strong advantage)
-Solid knowledge of finishing trades — plastering, painting, tiling, carpentry and related works
-The ability to juggle multiple subcontractors and coordinate site activities with confidence
-Sharp attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving mindset
-Basic computer literacy (Email, MS Word, MS Excel)
-Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport
