WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Lead cost planning, estimating and commercial management on signature projects where craftmanship, bespoke joinery and imported finishes set the standard.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related.
Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience.
Demonstrable experience on custom luxury homes, bespoke joinery/millwork, and imported finishes.
Sound knowledge of internationa procurement, shipping, and duty implications.
SALARY:
Proposed salary scale of $130,000 per annum tax free
