Site Manager

We are looking for a practical, experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of multiple luxury houses within a high-end residential development. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring work progresses safely, on programme and to the required quality standards - from setting out to handover.

This role is ideal for a hands-on site leader who enyoys solving problems on the ground and ensuring the build progresses smoothly.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma of certificate in Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a site supervisory or site management role on residential construction projects, preferably in the luxury or high-end housing sector.

Proven ability to run a site on a day-to-day basis and coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors.

Sound practical knowlegde of construction processes, methods and sequencing, from setting out through to finishing and handover.

Confident interpreting construction drawings and performing setting out.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with the Construction Manager, subcontractors and site teams.
