Construction Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the project, from setting out through to handover. This is a key role requiring strong leadership, excellent project management skills, and a hands-on approach to site manangement.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Degree of Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing residential construction projects, preferably in the luxury or high-end housing sector.

Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
