Our valued client is looking for a practical, on-site leader to run the daily operations of residential building projects across Cape Town. If you thrive on coordinating teams and subcontractors, and keeping a build moving smoothly from setting out to handover, this one's for you.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Diploma or certificate in Construction Management, Building, Civil Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a site supervisory or site management role on residential construction projects.

Proven ability to rus a site on a day-to-day basis and coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors.

Sound practical knowledge of construction processes, methods and sequencing, from setting out through to finishing and handover.

Confident in interpreting construction drawings and performing setting out.
