Our client is looking for a Civil Construction Buyer to strengthen their procurement function and support their tendering process.

This is a hands-on opportunity where your negotiation skills, commercial awareness and industry knowledge will directly contribute to project success and the bottom line.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 2 years' experience in the civil construction industry (non-negotiable)

Solid understanding of civil materials, plant and typical project requirements.

Strong negotiation skills and commercial instinct.

Attention to detail - particularly for tender compliance work.

ADVANTAGE: Exposure to municipal tendering, knowlegde of SANS/COLTO specifications, experience with BOQ pricing.
