Our valued client is hiring a Costing & Contracts Manager in Rustenburg, reporting directly to the Directors. The role covers costing and estimating for steel fabrication and construction, with hands-on FIDIC/NEC3 contract work and valuable mining-sector exposure - ideal for a Contracts Manager with 5+ years' experience seeking direct influence and negotiable, experience-based pay. An MBA or Law degree is a strong advantange.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 5 years' experience as a Contracts Manager.

BSc Construction Management (or a directly relevant degree).

Detailed costing and estimating within steel fabrication and construction.

Experience in a mining environment - highly advantageous.

Strong, practical knowledge of Contracts Management.

Experience with FIDIC and NEC3 contracts.

Strong commercial, contractual and cost-management skills.
