Senior Quantity SurveyorWe're recruiting on behalf of a proudly Level 1 B-BBEE, Tier 1 contractor with a strong, active project pipeline — from landmark commercial and green-rated builds to major residential developments.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the full QS function across a portfolio of active building projects, from pre-contract cost planning through to final account. It's a role that demands precision, commercial awareness, and the ability to perform under pressure without losing attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Relevant degree or BTech in Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 7+years' experience in building construction QS, at a senior level with full commercial management capality.
Proven experience at a Tier 1 SA construction company.
High level of proficiency in CCS (Candy).
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong knowledge of JBCC and NEC contracts advantageous.
