REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:

Relevant trade or technical qualification (Building/Construction trade background or National Certificate).

5+ years' building construction experience in a Foreman or senior supervisory role.

Strong practical knowledge of formwork, concrete works, setting out and rebar.

Sound understanding of site safety and quality standards.

Ability to lead labour teams and manage subcontractors on site.
