Framework Site Agent

Join a well-established Cape Town building contractor with a strong, active pipeline of building projects across the city.

Senior site leadership role - take overall site-level responsibility for delivery, running production, programme, cost and quality day to day.

Permanent, on-site position offering long-term stability with a reputable, established contractor.

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:

Relevant built-environment qualification (National Diploma / BTech in Construction Management, Building or similar). 

7+ years' building construction experience, with proven Site Agent / senior site management experience.

High level of CCS (Candy) proficiency.

Strong knowledge of JBCC contracts and SA building regulations.

Sound commercial awareness and cost-control capability
