REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

Built-environment qualification (National Diploma / BTech / BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction or similar).

2–5 years' building construction site experience.

Familiarity with setting out, programming and CCS (Candy) advantageous.

Understanding of site safety, quality and cost-control principles.

Building towards a Site Agent / senior site role.
