If you are a commercially sharp, independent QS who's just as comfortable behind the numbers as they are out on site and can take ownership of a multi-storey residential build, work with minimal direction, and bring strong EJM proficiency to the table — this one's for you.

What you'll be doing:
BOQs, cost estimates, tender docs, cost control & final accounts.
Subcontractor procurement, variations, claims & cash flow forecasting.
JBCC contract administration.
Hands-on site delivery — coordinating trades, tracking progress against programme and budget.
Acting as the go-to point of contact for clients, consultants and the professional team.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

BSc / BTech in Quantity Surveying or a related built-environment qualification.

Proven experience as a QS within a contractor environment.

High level of proficiency in EJM construction software.

Solid understanding of construction processes, multi-storey residential delivery and cost management.

SALARY:

R40,000 - R60,000 per month, depending on experience.
