REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

7+ years' experience in the construction industry.

Demonstrated experience as a General Foreman or Senior Foreman, independently managing a full construction site.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, programme planning, and site safety practices.

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and site instructions.

SAMTRAC or equivalent health and safety qualification.

SALARY:

R35,000 - R45,000 per month, depending on experience.
