A well-established Stellenbosch construction company with 28+ years delivering quality residential and commercial projects across the Western Cape — is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to take full ownership of project delivery on site.

Lead site teams, drive programme and quality, and take ownership of projects from planning to handover — all within a stable company with a strong project pipeline and a team-first culture.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 10 years' experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of independently managing and delivering buildings projects.

Demonstrated experience as a Construction Manager, Site Manager, or Site Agent, running one or more projects end to end.

Strong commercial awareness - able to manage programme, cost, and quality simultaneously and work hand in hand with Quantity Surveyors and Contracts Managers.

SALARY:

R45,000 - R55,000 net per month (commensurate with experience)
