Introduction
One of our leading players in the civil construction industry, is seeking the expertise of a skilled Civil Estimator to be based in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate pricing, preparation, and submission of tenders for various civil projects. This role requires a methodical and analytical approach, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
·  Prepare comprehensive and competitive tender pricing, including rate build-ups and resource planning.
· Collaborate with the professional team to gather and interpret scope of works and technical requirements.
·  Draft tender bid submissions, including method statements and supporting documents.
·  Oversee and review construction programs and tender returnables.
· Source and evaluate quotations for specialized items and subcontractor inputs.
·   Finalize and compile tender documents for submission.
· Manage tender logistics, including attendance at site meetings, BOQ acquisitions, and deadline tracking.

Minimum Requirements
· B.Tech or B.Sc in Quantity Surveying (or related qualification).
· Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil construction estimating.
· Proficiency in CCS Candy (Cost Control Software).
