Job Description:
Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Bellville, Western Cape. This opportunity is ideal for professionally registered SACQSP quantity surveyors with up to 5 years of experience in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and tendering processes
· Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities
· Support contract administration and progress payment certifications
· Perform cost control and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle
· Assist with the preparation of variation orders and final accounts
· Ensure compliance with SACQSP guidelines, industry regulations, and internal standards
· Engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders as required
Minimum Requirements:
· Educational Qualification: BSc or BTech (Hons) in Quantity Surveying
· Registration: SACQSP professionally registered quantity surveyor
· Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience
· Software Skills: Exposure to or willingness to learn DimX, WinQS, and MS Excel
· Strong analytical and numerical skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
· Eagerness to learn, develop professionally, and contribute to a collaborative team
