They are currently delivering world-class marine and civil projects and require a construction leader who thrives in challenging environments and takes pride in getting the job done right.Qualifications & Experience:
· BSc in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent degree
· Proven experience in heavy civil works, with hands-on exposure to:
· Bulk earthworks and finish grading to tight tolerances
· Asphalt paving, including compaction standards and asphalt operations
· Electrical and drainage infrastructure installation (trenching, conduit, duct banks, backfill & compaction)
· Strong planning and scheduling ability, with a track record of developing and maintaining construction programs
· Competence in daily site reporting, contract administration, and client liaison
· Man-management skills – able to lead site crews effectively and maintain productivity
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
· Willingness to lead from the front – 80% site-based, 20% reporting/administration
