Overview:
A dynamic design and construction studio is seeking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their Gauteng office. The successful candidate will take ownership of full-spectrum cost management across high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of BOQs, cost plans, and tender documentation
• Management of project budgets and financial forecasts
• Evaluation of contractor claims and preparation of payment certificates
• Site measurements and monthly valuations
• Support in procurement and subcontractor negotiations
• Provide accurate and timely cost-related input during design and construction phases
• Ensure all project documentation and reporting is maintained and up to date

Minimum Requirements:

• BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying
• 3–6 years of relevant experience
• Experience with a main contractor is essential
• Proficiency in CCS Candy software is non-negotiable
• Solid knowledge of JBCC contracts
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Able to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
