Key Responsibilities:

·     Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of ceiling and partitioning projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

·       Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

·       Conduct site inspections for progress, safety, and quality compliance.

·       Manage labor scheduling, task assignments, and resources.

·       Maintain documentation, including contracts and reports.

·       Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts.

·       Update stakeholders on project status and performance.

·       Enforce quality and safety standards through audits and training.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field I advantageous.

·  1-2 years of experience in construction management or a related role, preferably in ceiling and partitioning projects.

·       Strong organizational and time management skills.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

·   Basic understanding of construction techniques, methodologies, and safety standards.
