Role Overview
We are seeking a young, dynamic, and motivated individual to join our Water & Sewer Division. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, technically skilled, and eager to grow in a challenging environment. This role requires strong technical knowledge, site supervision experience, and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both public and private stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Read, interpret, and prepare material take-offs from drawings (AutoCAD proficiency advantageous).
· Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ) based on drawings.
· Place orders with suppliers and assess alternative parts offered.
· Interpret specifications and testing requirements, applying them both in design review and site supervision.
· Conduct and oversee pressure testing practices.
· Implement chlorination procedures for potable water main installations.
· Supervise construction, maintenance, and operation of lift stations.
· Manage trenching, installation, and backfilling of:
- Gravity sewer lines
- Force main sewer lines
- Potable pressurized water lines
- Fire hydrant installations
- Watermain laterals & meter box installations· Work with HDPE welded pipe, uPVC, Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, and PE materials.
· Provide effective site supervision and management of crews.
· Use Microsoft 365 for reporting, scheduling, and project tracking.
· Develop, generate, and update work programmes.
· Compile and present monthly progress reports.
· Maintain clear, professional communication with public and private entities.

Remuneration Package
Base Salary: BD $85,000 per annum (paid monthly)
Housing Allowance: B$25,000 per annum (if company accommodation not provided)
