We are seeking the expertise of an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 4 years’ proven experience to lead the successful delivery of our shopfitting projects from concept to completion. Oversee project lifecycle from planning, execution, and evaluation ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. A client-based, leadership role that requires exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)

Manage the full lifecycle of shopfitting projects, from concept through to installation.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with client requirements and company capabilities.

Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate across design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Monitor and control budgets, ensuring all projects remain cost-effective and maintaining quality and timelines.

Conduct regular project meetings and ensure clear stakeholder communication.

Liaise with suppliers and contractors to meet specifications and deadlines.

Complete post-project evaluations to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) + Relevant qualification

Own Vehicle & Valid Driver’s Licence.

Minimum 4 years’ project management experience, including 2+ years in shopfitting, or manufacturing with proven track record of delivering large-scale projects successfully.
