About the Role
Our client, a leading name in premium kitchen and cabinetry solutions, is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to take ownership of site activities at their Hartland project. The ideal candidate is technically minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple teams to deliver installations with speed, quality, and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full control of site operations.
• Manage, coordinate, and motivate foremen and installation teams to complete tasks efficiently and neatly.
• Provide effective leadership while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Solve problems on the spot and ensure technical challenges are resolved quickly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and teams across different personality types.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and with professionalism.
• Maintain punctuality, reliability, and availability for selected Saturday work as required.

Requirements

• Preferably Bi-lingual Afrikaans & English speaking.
• Age range: 35 – 45 years.
• Own reliable transport (a company bakkie is available for use on site).
• Own mobile phone (laptop can be provided if required).
• Computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent leadership skills combined with the ability to be a supportive team player.
• Industry knowledge or prior experience in kitchen, cabinetry, or construction environments is a strong advantage.
• Highly organized, punctual, and able to take ownership of site responsibilities.
