Key Roles:

·       Cost Management

Ensure effective cost control on-site by monitoring budgets and minimizing overspend, while maintaining quality and compliance.

·       Cost Administration

Oversee and manage compliance with main contracts and selected / domestic subcontractor agreements.

·       Valuation and Payments

Conduct site valuations and prepare interim and final payment certificates for subcontractors and suppliers.

  • Procurement Support
    Assist with sourcing materials, obtaining and evaluating quotes and subcontractor packages in alignment with project timelines and budgets.
  • Reporting
    Provide accurate and timely financial and progress reports.

 Core Responsibilities:

  1. Measurements & Quantification
    • Conduct on-site and electronic measurements to validate progress claims.
    • Prepare and update Bills of Quantities and schedules of work.
  2. Cost Control
    • Monitor budgets and expenditures.
    • Track and report cost variations and potential risks.
  3. Valuations & Claims
    • Assess monthly domestic/subcontractor claims.
    • Compile interim and final payment claims.
  4. Variation Orders
    • Evaluate and process variation and site orders.
    • Ensure accurate pricing and contractual documentation.
  5. Subcontractor Management
    • Verify subcontractor progress and performance on site.
  6. Material Reconciliations
    • Track and report material usage on site. Prepare accurate reconciliation reports.
  7. Site Coordination
    • Liaise with site managers, engineers, and foremen for progress updates.
  8. Risk & Opportunity Identification
    • Identify cost-savings. Flag potential risks for early mitigation.
  9. Compliance & Documentation
    • Maintain accurate records of financial, contractual, and site documentation.
